Boiler Filling Loop
Also known as: filling link, flexible filling loop, repressurise hose
A short flexible hose with isolating valves used to repressurise a sealed central heating system from the mains cold supply. Used when the boiler pressure gauge drops below 1 bar.
Connected temporarily (or permanently) between the cold mains and the heating circuit pipework, usually near the boiler.
Short flexible braided hose (300–500 mm) with two lever or screw valves, one at each end.

Always turn off the water supply before replacing any part. If in doubt, consult a qualified plumber. Gas components must only be worked on by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
