The ceramic cartridge inside a single-lever kitchen or basin mixer tap. A single lever controls both flow rate and temperature through this cartridge.
Inside the monobloc mixer body, beneath the lever. Remove the lever and decorative cap to access.
Cylindrical, typically 35 mm or 40 mm diameter with a single slot for the lever. Larger than a standard tap cartridge.
