The head that delivers water in a spray pattern. Available as fixed overhead, handheld, or rain-effect styles. Regular descaling keeps the spray holes clear.
At the end of the shower arm (fixed) or on the shower hose (handheld).
Round or square head with multiple spray holes, 1/2 inch BSP connection. Modern heads may have multiple spray settings.
