Boiler attempted to ignite but no flame was established. Could be gas supply issue, faulty ignition electrode, or dirty burner.

Boiler has reached an unsafe temperature and shut down as a safety measure.

Temperature sensor on the flow pipe has detected an incorrect reading or failed.

Temperature sensor on the return pipe has failed or is reading incorrectly.

Domestic hot water temperature sensor has failed.

System pressure has dropped below the minimum operating level.

Fan is not running or running at incorrect speed. Boiler will not fire without correct flue ventilation.

Flue temperature sensor has detected an abnormal reading.

Printed circuit board has detected an internal error.

Pump is not running or has seized.

Gas valve has not opened or closed correctly.

Boiler has failed to ignite after multiple attempts and locked out for safety.

Flame was established but went out unexpectedly during a heating or hot water cycle.
