F10Flow temperature sensor — short circuit🔧 Engineer Required

Flow NTC thermistor has short-circuited.

F11Flow temperature sensor — open circuit🔧 Engineer Required

Flow NTC thermistor disconnected or failed open.

F20Safety thermostat tripped🔧 Engineer Required

Primary circuit overheated and the safety thermostat tripped. Caused by pump failure, blocked heat exchanger, or very low flow.

F22Low water pressure🔄 Try Reset

System pressure has dropped below the minimum operating level (typically 0.5 bar). Common in systems with small leaks or after bleeding radiators.

F23Return temperature too high — NTC fault🔧 Engineer Required

Return temperature sensor fault or reverse flow in the system.

F28Ignition failure — no gas or ignition fault🔄 Try Reset

Boiler failed to light within the safety period. Common causes: gas supply interrupted, air in gas pipe after supply outage, faulty igniter or gas valve.

F29Flame lost during operation🔧 Engineer Required

Flame detected initially but then lost — low gas pressure, faulty flame sensor, or draught across the burner.

F36Fan speed too low🔧 Engineer Required

Fan not reaching minimum speed — worn fan motor bearing or faulty Hall sensor.

F37Fan speed too high🔧 Engineer Required

Fan speed sensor reading above expected range — faulty fan or PCB.

F49eBUS communication fault🔧 Engineer Required

Communication error between boiler PCB and external controls via the eBUS protocol.

F75Pump or pressure sensor fault🔧 Engineer Required

Pump not running on start-up or pressure sensor not detecting flow. Faulty pump, jammed impeller, or pressure sensor failure.
