Boiler has failed to ignite. Gas supply, electrode, or control board fault.

Primary circuit reached unsafe temperature. Safety cut-out activated.

Flow NTC sensor has open-circuited or disconnected.

Return NTC sensor has failed.

System pressure has dropped below 0.5 bar.

Fan not running or running at incorrect speed.

Circulation pump fault or airlock detected.

Gas valve relay or modulation error on PCB.

Control board internal error.

Condensate drain is blocked, causing the boiler to shut down. Common in freezing weather.

Hot water temperature sensor has failed.

Boiler has locked out after multiple ignition failures.
