Primary circuit overheated and the safety cut-out has tripped.

Air pressure switch not activated — fan not running at speed, flue blocked, or switch fault.

Domestic hot water sensor fault or scaled plate heat exchanger causing overtemperature.

Flow NTC thermistor open circuit or short circuit.

Flame detected without burner request — ionisation rod or gas valve fault.

System pressure below minimum operating level.
