The boiler failed to ignite — often due to low gas pressure, a faulty electrode, or a blocked condensate pipe in cold weather.

The system water pressure has dropped below the minimum operating level.

The boiler attempted to ignite but failed to establish a flame.

The burner flame went out during normal operation.

The fan is not running at the correct speed for safe combustion.

Gas pressure at the boiler is below the required level.

The gas valve relay has failed. The boiler cannot safely control gas flow.

An internal memory or PCB fault has been detected.

The water pressure sensor has failed.

The boiler did not detect a pressure change when the pump started. This indicates a pump failure, blockage, or a faulty pressure sensor.

The condensate drain is blocked or the condensate pump has failed. Condensate cannot drain away.

The boiler has overheated and the safety cutout has activated. This can be caused by poor circulation, a blocked heat exchanger, or a failing pump.

System pressure is below the minimum level required for operation.
