The boiler has failed to ignite after multiple attempts.

Flame was established but extinguished unexpectedly.

The boiler fan is not running at the required speed.

System water pressure below minimum required level.

Safety thermostat has cut out due to extreme overheating.

Alternative low pressure code — pressure below 0.3 bar.

A fault has been detected with the gas valve.

The flow temperature sensor has failed or is reading outside the normal range.

Either the flue is restricted, or gas pressure at the boiler is too low.

The boiler has overheated and the high-limit thermostat has tripped.
