The gas pressure at the boiler inlet is too low for safe ignition.

The boiler lit successfully but the flame extinguished unexpectedly.

The combustion fan is not running at the required speed.

System water pressure has dropped below the minimum operating level.

Gas valve not operating correctly.

The circulation pump is not running or is running at incorrect speed.

The flow temperature sensor has failed or is reading an incorrect temperature.

Return temperature sensor has failed or reading outside range.

The boiler has overheated and the safety thermostat has tripped.
